Annually Hillsborough County Schools recognize teacher’s and I was a part of the fun. My duty was to congratulate teachers and serve them in any means possible.

Here I won an award for scoring top 3 on Professional Selling which led to States Competition.

This was one of my first DECA States Conferences and Performances. Sadly, it was my last because I was graduating the same year. However, it was an amazing experience! I made friends and grew closer to my classmates as well as got to meet other people. Since my Professor was retiring the same year we made it the best! We went out to eat and surprised her. Also, I scored top 15 out of thousands of students and performed in excellence on my Business plan.

In DECA each chapter references each High School. Luckily, we were able to receive an award for our achievements such as our Annual Business Plan.

I was given the opportunity to join an Annual Women’s in Surgery Synopsis held in Clearwater featuring Dr. Sharona Ross one of Tampa Bay’s local surgeon’s. Some of my colleagues and I were able to network and chat with medical professionals and learn about medical careers. In addition, we were able to play with robotic and surgery machinery such as the da Vinci Surgical system and learn how to perform a laparoscopy surgery imitation.

A couple of days before my high school graduation, I was able to complete my third year of Bible Institute and through the years I learned so much about God. I was able to expand that knowledge to now teach and share with others.

This achievement is one for the books! This was one of my biggest achievements because it’s testimony and evidence of God’s promises and goodness! I knew I could but one of my biggest achievements in my high school days’ were to graduate with Honors and with many cords. May 25th 2018, was the day gave me the blessing to walk down that aisle feeling accomplished, and making my family proud.
